We understand that travel plans may change. This policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking
(as long as the rental has not yet started). - Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a fee equal to one day’s rental charge.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable.
2. Early Returns
Returning a vehicle early does not guarantee a refund for unused rental days.
3. Late Returns
Late returns may result in:
- Additional hourly or daily charges
- Loss of security deposit if not communicated
Please notify us as early as possible.
4. Refund of Security Deposit
Your security deposit is refunded:
- Within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned
- Provided there are no damages, violations, unpaid fees, or excessive cleaning requirements
5. Modifying a Reservation
Reservation changes depend on vehicle availability. Rate differences may apply.
