Driver Approval Requirement:

All bookings are subject to driver approval. You must complete and sign the Driver Authorization Form before booking or pickup. Vehicles will not be released without approval.

Terms and Conditions:

• Renter must select either: (a) Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) only, for renters who already have valid personal or non-owner auto insurance providing liability coverage; or (b) CDW plus Liability Protection (CDW + SLI), for renters who do not have their own insurance.
• A refundable security deposit is required and may be used for damage, cleaning, fuel shortages, extra mileage, tickets, tolls, or unpaid charges.
• Includes 150 miles/day; extra miles are billed at the listed rate. If you choose 100 miles/day or 60 miles/day, your daily rate will be adjusted accordingly.
• Return the vehicle clean, fueled, and smoke-free.
• No rideshare, delivery, off-roading, racing, illegal activity, intoxicated driving, or unauthorized drivers.
• Report accidents immediately and obtain a police report when required.
• Renter is responsible for deductibles, uncovered damage, towing, impound fees, and loss-of-use.
