3. Provide Driver’s License & Insurance

All renters must upload a valid driver’s license.
If your personal auto insurance does not extend to rental vehicles, you may purchase short-term collision coverage from one of our recommended providers (Bonzah, RentalCover.com, Allianz).

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required before pickup.
This covers any potential damages, excessive cleaning, tolls, or unpaid fees. Any remaining amount is refunded within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned.

5. Pick Up the Vehicle

We’ll coordinate a convenient pickup time and location.
Your vehicle will be:

• Clean
• Sanitized
• Fully fueled
• Ready for your trip

We will also review key features and answer any questions before you drive off.

6. Enjoy Your Trip

7. Extend Your Rental (Optional)

Need more time? No problem.
You can request an extension anytime before your scheduled return. Approval depends on vehicle availability, and additional days are billed at the daily rate shown in your booking.

8. Request a Vehicle Swap (Optional)

If you need a different vehicle—for example, an upgrade, a larger SUV, or a more fuel-efficient model—contact us to request a swap.
Swaps depend on availability and may require an adjustment in rental rate or deposit.

9. Return the Vehicle

Bring the vehicle back at the agreed-upon time, full of fuel and in the same condition.
We complete a quick walk-around inspection, process any applicable refunds, and finalize your reservation.
