1. What do I need to rent a vehicle?

You must provide a valid driver’s license, proof of personal auto insurance or short-term rental insurance, and a refundable security deposit.


2. Does my personal auto insurance cover rental cars?

Some policies do, some do not. If not, you can purchase coverage from Bonzah, RentalCover.com, or Allianz.


3. What if I don’t have personal insurance?

You may purchase short-term Collision Damage Insurance from one of our partner providers.


4. How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit varies by vehicle and is refunded within 24 hours after return if no issues are found.


5. How does pickup and return work?

We arrange a pickup time, verify your documents, and at return complete a quick inspection and finalize your trip.


6. How many miles are included?

All rentals come with 150 miles per day.
If you only need the car for light daily use (around 60 miles per day, 1,800 miles per month), we offer a commuter discount of up to 30%

7. Do you allow long-term rentals?

Yes — discounted weekly (5%) and monthly (20%) rates are available.


8. What if I am late returning the vehicle?

A late fee of $20 applies if the vehicle is returned more than 60 minutes past the scheduled time. Please notify us as soon as possible if you expect a delay, as extensions may be available depending on vehicle availability.


9. What happens if the vehicle is damaged?

Damage costs are deducted from the security deposit and handled according to your insurance coverage.


10. Can I smoke in the vehicle?

No — all vehicles are non-smoking. A fee ($150) applies if smoke odor is detected.


11. Do I need to refill the fuel?

Yes — return the car with the same fuel level to avoid refueling charges.


12. What should I do in case of an accident?

Contact us immediately, and call 911 if needed. A police report is required for insurance claims.
